January 24 (10 a.m MST) to January 31 (3 p.m. MST)
Competition & Beer Registration
During the registration period, brewers will register and pay their competition entries, including style categories and judging information (as needed), as well as select their First Round judging site. First Round sites have a limited capacity and will be available first-come-first-serve. *The registration period may close earlier than January 31 / move to a waitlist if we exceed demand for competition entries
By February 10
Refund Period
Entrants may request refunds if there are extenuating and extreme circumstances that prevent you from shipping your entries. This is done on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be offered after this date or in a situation where entries are not shipped or received at a first round or final judging site.
Through February 10
Entry Edits
Only available after payment. Log in to the competition website to update/edit your entries. Make sure to reprint Entry Labels to attach to your entries if you edit any of them prior to shipping or dropping off. Organizers will use the information on the Entry Label received only. After registration, category limits are put in place to build out the competition. As a category fills, it will not accept more entries once the limit is reached. This needs to be done so we can accommodate the judging needs.
